ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

John Fabbro is a Tax Partner in KPMG’s GTA Enterprise practice and specializes in providing tax services to Canadian-owned private companies in a number of industry sectors. John has over 25 years of experience as a tax professional and was part of the KPMG team that built Enterprise. He specializes in providing tax advice to high net worth families including business owners. John was national leader for tax planning with respect to Estates and Trusts for KPMG. John helps his clients deal with succession through estate planning which includes the use of life insurance and donation planning through effective use of private foundations.

John has done presentations for both the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the CIBPA (Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association) on various topics including succession planning. John has lectured at various tax conferences, taught advanced tax courses such as Tax for the Owner Manager at the University of Waterloo.
