During the month of July we are organizing a series of masterclasses in collaboration with ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine. The classes, that are part of the True Italian Taste project, have been conceived for media, influencers and industry representatives and will be held online.
As opposed to previous masterclasses we have organized, this series will not be hands-on learning but rather an educational and didactic experience. Together with Chef Carlo-Maria Ricci, ALMA Chef Ambassador, we will dive deep into the world of pasta, bread and gelato, their history and varieties and we will discover details on these products that we may not have known before. Have your pen and paper ready to take notes!

The True Italian Taste project is promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, carried out by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad to strengthen and to protect the authentic Italian products. True Italian Taste is part of “The Extraordinary Italian Taste” program.
This project’s aim is to highlight the authenticity, traceability, quality control, and certifications of authentic Italian foods with the goal of educating Canadian audiences on how to identify an authentic Italian product, in order to make informed purchases and enjoy the unrivalled quality of genuine Italian goods.
