About Denis Hamel
Denis delivers strong advice and innovative solutions in the areas of fraud investigation, risk assessment related fraud and damage quantification. His expertise includes fraud investigation and damage quantification. He has led numerous complex mandates for civil and criminal matters and testified as an expert in the Quebec Superior Court, the Federal Court, Administrative Court (Labor), Arbitrators and the Quebec Court of Appeal. His experience includes advising creditors, working on look-see and due diligence assignments, performing financial and operational reviews, as well as viability assessments.
