Hosted at the Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts at George Brown College, 300 Adelaide Street East, Toronto.

This marketplace will feature Irish food & drink, crafts, art and traditional music and dance.  Attendees will enjoy an evening in the CHCA atrium, with a wide variety of food stations from some of Toronto’s leading chefs – paired with a range of drinks from the rapidly growing Irish beverage industry – all supporting a real-life applied learning experience for students from the Culinary and Hospitality Schools. Complete with vendors of arts & crafts, travel and tourism, this event will showcase the very best of Ireland. The interactive setup allows guests to mingle freely throughout the evening, sampling food and drink while learning about cultural activities, traditional arts & crafts, retail products, and travel and tourism opportunities. Along with live music and dance performances, this night promises to be a highlight of the 2019 Culinary Countries of the World: Ireland celebration.
