About this Event
With Covid19 disrupting our businesses, enterprises are depending heavily on guidance from corporate offices with respect to both internal and external actions for mitigating risk for the present while preparing to move froward. At the same time leaders and managers, in times of stress, are more likely to fall back on communication styles which reflect their cultural backgrounds or personal styles.
We have invited Lilia Jolibois, C-Suite Executive and Board Director to share her experiences and insights regarding structuring leadership practices, business approaches and communication styles during this critical time. Taking into account cultural differences across global, distributed companies can make a significant impact on our successful management of the present situation with all of our stakeholders.
Together, we will incorporate this knowledge to focus leadership practices for navigating Covid19 and beyond successfully while building positive social capital.
