Following the private roundtable on the challenges and future of the Canadian Transport Industry organized on January 12th 2022 by The International Economic Forum of the Americas, EUCCAN carried out an extensive consultation with its members and stakeholders to gather their views onthe future of Canadian Clean Transportation. Over the past few years, the European Union and Canada have doubled down on their efforts to achieve the digital transformation of our society and economy. In this context, the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) offers an excellent framework for the European and Canadian digital industries to share their innovations and solutions across markets. Sounding out European companies operating on both sides of the Atlantic to seek their perspectives on the Canadian market, we found out that Canada offered a favourable business environment for European digital innovators to bring their solutions to market.
