EUCCAN organized a privatly held Sustainability roundtable with some EU companies operating in Canada to review opportunities, challenges and the solutions to support Canada's net zero agenda. The Ambassador Melita Gabric opened the discussion by sharing EU's vision on Sustainability, mostly Fit for 55 package. Sustainability is no longer a choice. As the pressure on resources increases, mentalities and habits must change. Legal frameworks and regulations are just the starting point. EUCCAN President and Executive Director in Montreal

Early November 2021, EUCCAN President, Adrian Thomas, and EUCCAN Executive Director, Delphine Adenot-Owusu, spent several days in Montreal to meet with key partners and EU companies operating in Canada. At the occasion of a Business Breakfast, EUCCAN met with chambers of commerce, consuls and trade officers of member states present in Montreal.
